Alma Services Basic is already included in your Alma Membership.
For Alma Services Plus and Company, click GET and subscribe at the Alma Members Portal (web only, app payment coming soon).
Payment will be applied at the next billing cycle for your Alma Membership, marked as additional Alma Services items. Cancel anytime.

When you are ready to use a specific service, use any channel - web, phone, app, in-store - to connect to the service partner.

ONLINE: some partners will apply your benefits automatically, others require you to use code lastmeter.
IN-STORE: mention Alma Services or lastmeter.

WHY IS ALMA SERVICES NEEDED?
Alma Services is subscription that bundles services and experience, making your Alma membership even better. We have collected great offers on essential stuff and practical support for living, working, play, health and more and it includes the best services and offers to optimized handling for deliveries and services at your apartment and office building.
WHY DO I NEED IT?
The days when your office was just four walls is gone. As the amount of ervices and products that are now offered to offices and homes and more and more people order online and get food delivered, we have added a layer of service… we also get great discounts and other offers from the service providers.
WHO IS PROVIDING THE SERVICES?
The collection of offers and services have been curated by Cambric, a collaboration between BASE2 Last Meter® and Alma, but the actual deliveries or services will be provided by trusted third parties.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A SERVICE OFFERED IS NOT SUPPLIED OR DOESN'T WORK?
Contact the service partner in question and Alma staff at reception. If the service partner doesn't offer suitable quality or performance, they will be removed from the service set and replaced.
HOW WILL ALMA SERVICES IMPROVE?
Cambric Last Meter® is a curator, broker and spatial facilitator of what you buy and use, and how and where you experience it. Together with Alma it will work with retailers, service providers, and your real estate managers and environmens to modern living better and simpler. Services will be added to sets without changing the price.
