EXPERIENCES

storage crates
1 check storage crates are available in Servicepoints
2 make sure any filled crates are left at the interior (Main) Servicepoint near entrace
3 contact storage partner if crates are left in Servicepoints
4 direct storage partner collector to Main Servicepoint

tech support
1 direct users to the tech support partner's online solution - 5 min short support before being billled
2 if tech support partner arrives for onsite help, direct them to the user's location

personal care products + refills
1 check stock of personal care product bottles available for Alma Services users. If more stock is needed call the number in the Go link.
2 when a personal care product item is requested, check Member is an Alma Services user, and if they have one already. Ask them to put their empty bottles in the Servicepoint for refilling.
3 if a user asks for a refill, take the empty bottle into storage, and give a new bottle of their choice. Users may not request a refill without supplying the empty bottle.
4 when there are empty bottles in the Servicepoint, take them into storage and call the number in the Go link for collection.

office care kit with refills
1 check stock of office care products, and office care kits. If more stock is needed call the number in the Go link.
2 check offices listed as Alma Services Office users and refill any empty bottles in office care kits from stock. Take empty bottles into storage for collection by office care partner.
3 if a new Office user asks for a kit, supply them as instructed by the office care partner
4 when there are empty bottles in storage call the number in the Go link for collection.

restock pens, pencils, markers, post-its
1 check stock of pens, pencils, markers, post-its. If more stock is needed contact Pierre.
2 check offices listed as Alma Services Office users and refill any missings pens, pencils, makers + post-it notes, in office care kits from stock.

morning espresso/cappuccino before 11.00
1 if an Alma Services users requests their free espress/cappuccino, make a note of their name, before offering the free coffee
2 if a Member requests an espresso/cappuccino at the bar before 11am, remind them that they may have it free if they are a user of Alma Services, and point them to the Members' app or web portal for info and registration

weekly snack pack
1 send list of snack pack content and numbers of Alma Services Office users to kitchen at the end of each week. If in doubt, ask Pierre.
2 collect snack packs from kitchen and distribute to Alma Services Office locations on Monday morning

fortnightly fresh flowers
1 A Blooming Affaire representation will deliver a fortnightly bouquet of fresh flowers to the Alma Services Officer user's space

DELIVERIES
delivery support for Alma Services partners
1 for incoming deliveries, check if the partner is listed as an Alma Services partner, left. If they are, they may hang their items on the hooks in the external or interior (Main) Servicepoint.
2 notify users their their delivery from an Alma Service partner has been left in the Servicepoint.
3 it's important that deliveries from non-Alma Services partners are not placed in the Servicepoints, these can be collected as usual near the reception.
4 if users ask what the difference is between normal delivery handling and Alma Services deliveries, answer that Alma Services partners have better deliery options and support, and the user can check out Alma Services in the Members' app/web portal.

laundry collection + delivery
1 check fresh laundry bags are available in Servicepoints
2 make sure any full laundry bags are left in the internal (Main) Servicepoint near entrance
3 contact laundry partner if any filled laundry bags are left at the Servicepoint
4 direct laundry partner collector to Servicepoint for collection

advanced logistics support
improved delivery storage + support
1 if a Member is using a lot of storage, requiring a lot of support at the reception or special delivery handling, or is storing items at the reception for more than three days, they should be invited to subscribe Alma Services
2 if a Member needs storage help, for example storage for more than three days, offer medium-term storage in Servicepoint in the private apartment.
3 Alma Services enables storage by Alma Reception longer than three days, up to three months. Alma Services also includes occasional additional support, including repackaging, forwarding, and more. Request help at reception.
chilled storage
4 Alma Services partner deliveries that require chilling, such as groceries, can be kept in the chill location in the Servicepoint and users should be notified that this is happening. If deliveries from non-Alma Services partner deliveries require chilling, notify the Member and make a note for Pierre.

OCCASIONS

Nobis bars + events discounts
1 If Alma Services users ask about Nobis bars, venues or events, point them in the relevant direction, indicating if necessary that Alma doesn't control the venues and they have have to show their Alma Member card and/or mention Alma Services or Last Meter to receive a discount or other benefit.
The Alma Services benefits are currently 10% discount on the following Nobis Groups bars and restaurants: Tilt, Nobis Gold Bar and Lounge, Miss Clara Restaurant & Bar
